I am trying to open a business in the bay area, but I am not sure what’s suitable. I need something that’s not here, so I can make a successful business, any ideas? Budget $ 50-100k

My idea is get some more cash. San Francisco is an expensive city and $ 50-$ 100K is not going to go very far in getting an original new business off the ground. Even something unoriginal like a fast food franchise cost 10 times that amount to get started.
